For a creator, screen time is genuinely inseparable from work, which makes generic advice about simply using devices less considerably harder to apply than it might first appear to someone outside the industry, a small discipline that quietly compounds over time, which is worth keeping in view as things scale up.

Setting specific, deliberate boundaries, such as designated device free hours or a clear cut off point each evening, protects genuine personal time without requiring an unrealistic, wholesale rejection of necessary tools, especially once the novelty of starting out wears off, especially in the early stages of a creator's journey.

Treating these boundaries as a professional habit, similar to any other workplace policy, makes them considerably easier to maintain consistently than treating them as an occasional, easily abandoned resolution, even when it feels like a minor detail at the time, particularly once an audience starts to grow, particularly for anyone building this alongside other work.
