Understanding when to ask for help

Many creators start out doing absolutely everything themselves, and while that is a genuinely reasonable place to begin, it is not necessarily sustainable once the work grows, which is worth keeping in view as things scale up, especially once the novelty of starting out wears off, which is part of why patience pays off here.
Recognising which tasks genuinely require your personal voice and which could reasonably be delegated or simplified is an important, often overlooked skill worth developing early, especially in the early stages of a creator's journey, even when it feels like a minor detail at the time, particularly once an audience starts to grow.
Asking for help, whether from a collaborator, a freelancer or simply a trusted friend, is a sign of a sustainable approach, not a sign of failure, which becomes obvious only in hindsight, even if the benefit is not immediately visible, something that becomes second nature with enough practice.
