Sharing your work across several platforms can widen your reach considerably, but it only really works well when each version still sounds recognisably like you underneath, and copying identical content everywhere without any adaptation often feels lazy to audiences who happen to follow you in more than one place.

Adapt the format and tone slightly for each platform's particular habits, while still keeping the underlying voice and values consistent underneath it all, since this balance lets cross promotion feel native to each space rather than like an obvious repost dropped in without any real care taken.

Be selective rather than exhaustive about where you actually spend your energy, because being present thoughtfully on two or three platforms usually serves a creator far better than spreading thin, diluted versions of the same voice across every platform that happens to exist, a distinction that matters more with experience.

Review your presence across platforms every few months to check the tone still genuinely feels unified, since small drifts can accumulate quietly over time until a follower on one platform barely recognises you on another entirely, despite the underlying work staying much the same, even during a genuinely busy week.
