Every platform maintains a set of community guidelines that define what content is and is not permitted, and taking the time to actually read them properly, rather than skimming past them quickly, protects a creator from avoidable, sudden penalties down the line, which is worth keeping in view as things scale up.
Guidelines are updated periodically as platforms respond to new situations and community feedback, so it is worth revisiting them occasionally rather than assuming the rules you learned when you first joined still apply unchanged today, especially once the novelty of starting out wears off, especially in the early stages of a creator's journey.
When a specific rule feels genuinely unclear, it is safer to err on the side of caution rather than testing the boundary directly, since the cost of a removed post or a warning generally outweighs whatever benefit the borderline content might have offered, even when it feels like a minor detail at the time.
